Somali government sends letter to IGAD against Kenya over its interference in Somalia’s internal affairs


The Somali government has sent a letter of protest to the Kenyan government over its interference in Somalia’s internal affairs, following Kenya’s invitation to Somaliland President Muse Bihi Abdi.

A statement from Somalia’s foreign ministry’s Twitter account said Somalia had lodged a complaint against Kenya with Sudanese Prime Minister Abdalla Hamduk, who is also chair of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD).
